founder of BodyTalks.

A raw, honest, and open letter

​

Not long ago, I found myself trapped in a sense of stagnation.... uncertain of my place in life, unsure of why, and without a clear path forward.

​

Through numerous breakdowns, I vacillated between desperation and a stubborn belief in persevering "at all costs". Yet a voice within yearned for something else, something greater. 

​

I remember crying for freedom, only to discover that my deepest longing was much 'simpler'. I uncovered what I truly sought by halting my pursuit of external rewards, facing my emotions, and listening to my body's unspoken truths. I realized that what I truly was searching for was INNER PEACE.

​

With this realization, I embraced a transformative body practice that inspires movement, reflection, and healing. This is where the story of BodyTalks begins.

 

Our bodies are much more than bear witness to the stories of beauty and trauma that have shaped our lives.  Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that our bodies are sacred vessels that hold the messages we need to live in peace so that we can create abundance.

 

Our mission is to empower you to find and cultivate inner peace through body nourishment, movement, presence, and breath.

And as the world never stops, I am working on something new to support you on your journey!
