  • What are the accepted methods of payments?
    We currently accept debit/credit card payments from all major brands: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro. Depending on your location, you can also get paid via PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Tap to Pay on iPhone, Pay Now by Klarna.
  • What happens if my package is returned to sender?
    If your package is returned to our warehouse please email us at with confirmation of your shipping address and order number so we may investigate. If the reason for return by carrier is “insufficient address” we will be able to reship but the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges. If it is deemed cattier error we will be able to reship without additional charges to the customer.
  • How do I know that the physical products sold by BodyTalks are of good quality and safe to use?
    At BodyTalks, we take pride in the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. - For better product quality, we use DTG (direct-to-garment) as our printing technique, meaning designs are printed directly onto the garment and absorbed into the fabric, Assuring long term durability of the garment, avoiding it to crack or peel off after some time. DTG printing doesn't leave behind any sign and its effect is similar to silk screen printing in that it looks completely natural. - DTG inks are eco-friendly, CPSIA-compliant, non-toxic, non-hazardous, and soluble in water. They're free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE). - Opaqueness and color brightness results varies depending on the garment. Lighter weight garments with more cotton content, such as t-shirts will have a more opaque print result. Heavier weight garments, such as sweatshirts and hoodies, will have a less opaque print result because the fabric is thicker and will absorb the water based ink more. This results in seeing the garment through the print a bit. Additionally, we conduct thorough testing and research on all of our products to ensure they meet our high standards before offering them for sale. We also provide detailed product information and usage instructions to ensure our customers can use our products safely and effectively.   • Do BodyTalks leggings provide good coverage and are suitable for everyday wear?
    Absolutely! Our leggings are made with high-quality fabrics for our leggings that are designed to be both comfortable and durable while still providing support and coverage for everyday wear. Whether you're running errands, hitting the gym, or just lounging around the house, our leggings are designed to keep up with your active lifestyle. Plus, they come in a variety of colors and styles, so you can find the perfect pair to match your personal style. Our light colored leggings are sublimated on a base white material, cut, and hand-sewn. Even so, some of our lighter-colored leggings may be slightly transparent or see-through when stretched or worn in bright light. This effect is known as "sheerness" and can be caused by the fabric being stretched too much. This is due to the nature of the fabric and is not a defect. To minimize transparency, we suggest choosing leggings with darker colors or wearing seamless underwear in a matching shade. Additionally, you may want to avoid wearing brightly colored or patterned undergarments that may show through the fabric.   • Do BodyTalks ship internationally?
    Yes, we do cover most of the countries! And we are always excited to have our products delivered to you as fast as possible. Due to some countries legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations, currently it is not possible to ship to the following destinations: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine Russia Belarus Ecuador Cuba Iran Syria North Korea
  • What are the estimated delivery times for orders placed on BodyTalks?
    We are always thrilled to fulfill your order and we understand the importance of receiving your order as soon as possible. Shipping within Europe and the United States usually takes 3-7 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This does not include shipping time. Shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. International shipping can take up to 20 business days.   • Will I have to pay custom fees for my BodyTalks order?
    Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the local laws and regulations on the destination country. We do our best to minimize any potential custom fees by accurately declaring the value of the package and providing all necessary documentation. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no custom fees. If you are concerned about custom fees, we suggest checking with your local customs office to get an idea of what to expect. Please note that any custom fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and BodyTalks is not responsible for any additional charges.

  • What are the recommended care instructions for my garments?
    T-shirt, Sweatshirt, and Hoodie Care Instructions: -Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. -Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. -No fabric softeners. -Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life (recommended). -Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. -Do not dry clean. -Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer setting can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print. Legging Care Instructions: -Our leggings can be washed at any temperature setting without affecting quality. -Wash with like colors, as the polyester fabric may make colors run. -Too high temperatures during washing and drying may shrink the fabric.
  • My new shirt from BodyTalks has a strong smell and/or a yellowish color cast, what should I do?
    Our shirts are made with high-quality materials and sometimes the fabric can retain the smell of the manufacturing process. When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, in some cases you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white or yellowish residue. Don’t worry that is not unusual - its from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it is not permanent. Fixation agent (also known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. So for a better experience with your new product, we suggest you to wash it before first use. Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash. If it does not disappear after the first wash, please contact us, ans we will be happy to support.
  • How do I report a problem with my order?
    Please submit 2-3 good photos of the problem (at least one full shot of the garment, and/or 2 different angles of the issue) and the nature of the problem to: within the first 14 days of receiving your items. It is important to send your photos with your initial inquiry first to ensure we solve your problem as quickly as possible.

  • How do I make product returns?
    Please contact our Support to begin the return and refund process, we will walk you through the process and help you. Currently, we are unable to process returns for non-damaged physical items. Digital products cannot be returned. In certain cases, such as defective, damaged, or wrong goods, you may be required to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo or video, or to return the item to receive a refund. You must contact our company at within 14 days upon purchase and provide detailed information, such as: Proof of purchase Order number Information about the defect, failure, or missing part of the item Defect evidence (e.g. a photo or video of the item, a photo of the defective area (if it is possible to take a photo), a photo of the packaging, other). In case of the return of the physical goods, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. You must exercise the return right responsibly and return the product in the original neat packaging, as well as return all complete parts of the product. You are responsible for the complete set of the returned goods. If the goods are not complete, we won't be able to accept the returned goods and issue a refund. Once the Goods have been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorised by the same method that the payment was made. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 30 days to be credited to your original payment method.
